Education and work experience
- Higher education (University degree or higher) in the field of legal or business administration or relevant specialist and work experience not less than 5 years.
Necessary knowledge
- Legislative and standard legal acts, normative methodologies related to human resources;
- Basics of labor legislation;
- Structure and staffing of the organization, its profile, specialization and development perspectives;
- Procedures for the processing, maintenance and keeping of documentation;
- Basics of labor and management organization;
Necessary skills
- Fluency in Kazakh, English and Russian;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Working in multinational and multicultural team.
