Legal Advisor
Education and Work experience
- Higher education (University degree or higher) in the field of legal speciality
- Work experience in major oil and gas projects/mining/manufacture industry
- Not less than 5 years of work experience
Necessary knowledge
- legislative and standard legal acts, normative and methodologies related to oil and gas or mining industry development issues;
- basis of labor legislation;
- labour safety norms and rules;
- major oil and gas projects in Kazakhstan;
- fluency in Kazakh, English and Russian.
Necessary skills
- excellent written and verbal communications skills;
- negotiation skills;
- ability to influence the business strategy and organization to affect change;
- presentation skills;
- experience in interaction with senior members of business, Government / Authority officials and relevant Local / International agencies;
- working in multinational and multicultural team.
