IMB Center held a Forum on the development of oil & gas machine building

On 13 May 2022 in Nur-Sultan IMB Center hosted a Forum, dedicated to the development of oil & gas machine building in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Forum was arranged with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructural Development of the RoK, Ministry of Energy of the RoK, and major oil & gas Operators: Tengizchevroil LLP, North Caspian Operating Company N.V. and Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V.

In the official part of the Forum, the welcoming speech was made by the First Deputy Prime Minister of the RoK R. Sklyar, Minister of Energy of the RoK B. Akchulakov, Vice-Minister of Industry and Infrastructural Development of the RoK R. Baimishev, and Member of the Board of the Association of Kazakhstan Machinery Industry P. Beklemishev.

During the Forum, presentations were made by the management of major Operators.

M. Karimov, General Director of IMB Center, gave a detailed presentation to provide local and international manufacturers, relevant state authorities and other stakeholders with information on the results and future plans of IMB Center.

The event brought together representatives of foreign and local oil & gas machine building companies, associations and development institutions as well as oil & gas companies.

The Forum provided a platform for informing stakeholders about the current activities of the Center; the participants received answers to their questions and exchanged their opinions.
