IMBC Delegation Visits Karaganda Region factories to develop oil and gas machine building development

On June 12, 2025, a delegation from the International Center for the Development of Oil and Gas Machine Building (IMBC), together with the Chairman of the Committee on Ecology and Nature Management of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Edil Zhanbyrshyn, Akim of the Karaganda Region Yermaganbet Bulekpaev, and Managing Director of North Caspian Operating Company N.V. (NCOC) Giancarlo Ruiu, paid a working visit to the Karaganda Region.
The purpose of the visit was to review the region’s industrial potential and to foster cooperation between government bodies and manufacturers in the field of oil and gas machine building.
As part of the visit, a roundtable was held under the chairmanship of Akim Yermaganbet Bulekpaev with the participation of representatives of leading industrial enterprises in the region. The discussions focused on the prospects for localizing production and increasing the share of Kazakhstani goods in oil and gas projects.
Following the discussions, the delegation visited several key enterprises in the Karaganda Region, including Kazfittingplast LLP, Imstalcon LLP, Bohmer Armatura LLP, Isoplus Central Asia LLP, Seven Refractories Asia LLP, and Maker LLP. The guests became acquainted with their products, technologies, and production capacities.
Dastan Abishev, General Director of IMBC, stated: "The Karaganda Region demonstrates strong industrial potential, and we see real opportunities to integrate its enterprises into the supply chains of the oil and gas industry. Such visits not only foster experience sharing but also help build sustainable industrial partnerships between regions and global operators."
The visit to the Karaganda Region marks another step in strengthening the partnership between the state, business, and international operators to develop the national industrial sector.
