IMB Center visited ASTANA POLYTECHNIC COLLEGE
On 27 April 2023, the IMB Center visited ASTANA POLYTECHNIC COLLEGE. During the visit, IMB Center staff acquainted with the work system of the educational institution, classrooms, laboratories, resource and training centers as Bosch, Knauf, Technicol, and also talked to students and teachers at their workplaces.
As part of the meeting, there was a partnership dialogue between IMB Center's staff and the administration of the ASTANA POLYTECHNIC COLLEGE. They discussed the topical issues of training future specialists in oil and gas machine building and the students' challenges in finding employment.
During the partnership dialogue, Marat Karimov, General Director of IMB Center, spoke about the main activities of IMB Center and also outlined the overall demand for specialists in the machine building industry for the medium term (from 2024 to 2028) in accordance with the National Workforce Demand Forecast.
