IMB Center participated in the opening of Beruseal production of quick seal pipe clamps and composite pipe repair wrap in Atyrau

Beruseal is engaged in the production of quick–release clamps for pipelines, as well as composite materials for pipeline repairs. These materials are unique with the use of precise engineering approaches to calculate pipeline reliability. The company is an ASME PCC2 accredited pipeline reliability company and a supplier to major Operators (TCO, NCOC and KPO).

In 2023, after a series of meetings with the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, major Operators and IMB Center in support of localization initiatives, Beruseal decided to transfer technology with further localization through the creation of a joint venture with a local partner.

Beruseal, together with IMB Center, developed a localization roadmap for the production of quick seal pipe clamps, as well as composite pipe repair wrap materials, within the framework of which joint work was carried out to successfully localize production.
