IMB Center held the General Meeting of the Association Members

On 11 July 2025, a General Meeting of Association Members took place in Astana. 

The meeting was attended by the top management of Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V., North Caspian Operating Company N.V. and Tengizchevroil LLP (hereinafter – Operators). 

Mr. Marco Marsili, General Director of Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V., has been elected as the Chairman of the General Meeting of the Association's members. In his welcoming speech, Mr. Marco Marsili thanked the IMBC team and emphasized that IMBC currently possesses a deep knowledge of the market for oil and gas machinery goods manufacturers. 

During the meeting, IMBC presented the results of its work for the first half of 2025 and the status of progress toward achieving the objectives set for the remainder of the year. 

The Operators highly appreciated the work carried out by IMBC, noting the significant progress made in recent years, and emphasized that IMBC has become a valuable partner for both the Operators and the industry as a whole. 

At the conclusion of the meeting, the Operators and IMBC signed the Amendments and Additions to the Relationship Agreement. The Amendments to the Relationship Agreement expand IMBC’s authority to enhance its ability to achieve the established objectives and reflect the importance of developing the oil and gas machinery industry in line with international standards.
