IMB Center and Atyrau Oblast Akimat signed Memorandum of Cooperation.

ATYRAU, Republic of Kazakhstan, November 5, 2021 - IMB Center and Akimat of Atyrau region signed a Memorandum of Cooperation on the development of oil and gas machine building in the region.

During the meeting, the activities of IMB Center and its work to support the development of the oil & gas machine-building industry in the Republic of Kazakhstan has been presented. IMB Center’s General Director Marat Karimov noted that the objective is to increase the share of goods produced in Kazakhstan in procurement of the three largest Operators – North Caspian Operating Company N.V., Tengizchevroil LLP and Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V.

“Considering that the oil and gas sector is a major consumer of machine building goods, the development of this industry is a key priority”, - said the Head of the Region Makhambet Dosmukhambetov, expressing confidence that in the future IMB Center will contribute to solving key issues in the region’s production.
