 SILLENO joined IMBC

On September 15, 2025, a ceremonial signing of agreement on the membership of SILLENO LLP to IMBC was held in Atyrau.

This event marks an important step in strengthening cooperation and expanding IMBC’s capabilities. The addition of a new participant enhances IMBC’s analytical base, enabling more in-depth analysis of goods demanded in prospective oil and gas projects.

At the same time, it creates new opportunities for consolidating information and achieving economic scale effect. The consolidation of demand from five major operators allows domestic manufacturers to focus on producing larger product batches, reducing costs and minimizing expenses on marketing and market analysis. The results in this direction will undoubtedly have a significant positive economic effect for the country.

IMBC continues its work on comprehensive analysis of consumed goods, manufacturers’ market, and supporting the development of capacity with the aim of maximizing coverage of all promising oil and gas projects across the Republic of Kazakhstan.

SILLENO LLP is implementing one of Kazakhstan’s largest industrial projects – the construction of a polyethylene plant with a capacity of 1.25 million tons per year in the Atyrau region. The project, worth over USD 7 billion, is being carried out with the participation of shareholders: JSC NC KazMunayGas (40%), PJSC SIBUR Holding (30%), and Sinopec Overseas Investment Holding (30%). Production launch is scheduled for 2029.
